It's a special day for us to celebrate her being a member of our family. She wanted powdered & cinnamon donuts for breakfast.
Her one gift was a big one. She really, really wanted a balance beam that was off the floor. It was double the price that we usually spend for adoption day gifts so I told her that she would need to use some of her money to help pay for it. She was more than happy to open her bank.
We had a very busy day, so we had to grab a quick chicken nugget Happy Meal (her favorite) before her second grade Winter Showcase.
The next day we were able to go out to eat as a family to celebrate Grace at her favorite milk shake place.
We waited a long time for Grace. She was definitely worth the wait!
