September swimming

The pool was open weekends in September.  We managed to go a few times.  It's not quite as much fun when the weather and the water get cooler (at least not for me).
Harrison even got to help out in the snack shack.

ninja moves

Grace wanted me to take pictures of her jumping over the ball on the trampoline, which turned into her doing ninja moves.  She calls them ginga moves.
Grace has some pretty awesome moves and some pretty amazing hair!

deja vu

A girl in Harrison's class at school was diagnosed with COVID this week.  Consequently, Harrison is in quarantine for two weeks.  He cried when he realized he couldn't go to school or do all the other activities he planned on doing the next two weeks.  Life not being fair is always a hard lesson to learn.  Going to the park is something we did a lot last year after COVID hit and it was something we could do now.  It was a dose of Vitamin D that we all needed.
We saw this deer two different times on the trail.  We couldn't believe how close it came to us.
Harrison spotted this gnome perched on the tree.
After the trail, the kids each wanted to do "their" thing before we left.  Harrison brought his bike;  Leo, a soccer ball and Grace just wanted to play on the playground.
