October extras

I always want to take pictures when the kids are dressed up.  Harrison was trying to get Grace to smile.
Grace looks like such a big girl sitting all by herself getting her hair cut.
Harrison found a snake in our woodpile.  😱
The kids got their flu shots without any tears for any of them!
Grace loves to wear wings, among other things.
her giraffe support group
I'm not sure what Grace is trying to say with that face and that fist.
loving one of her babies
Harrison denied eating the candy until I told him he had a blue tongue.
at the playground again where Harrison found a beetle
Jeff took the boys on a cub scout campout.  Harrison learned to make fire without matches and found a geocache.
Leo sulking in the tent about some (real or imagined) injustice.

pumpkin fun

It's that time of year again.
The boys always have a good time with the slimy innards.
Leo did not mean for his tongue to touch the guts, which makes this pose even funnier.
This is about as close as Grace wanted to get to the carving process.
Harrison drew his own face design.  Leo wanted John Cena's logo.
We also made pumpkin cookies.
Because it's been too wet for the trampoline, the kids wanted me to take some pictures of them jumping on it today.

red ribbon week

Even though we're still in virtual school, the schools are still trying to do some of the same things the kids always do like red ribbon week.  Each day is a different theme.
Monday - say no to drugs (wear red)
Tuesday - don't be crazy, don't do drugs (wear crazy clothes, crazy hair, etc.)
This was about as crazy as Harrison would go - spiked hair and wearing a St. Patrick's Day shirt in October.  Leo embraced it with his backwards clothes and the rest of it.
(nothing on Wednesday as it's independent learning day with no zoom meetings)
Thursday - be a super hero, don't do drugs
Friday - follow your dreams, don't do drugs (wear pajamas)
and here's a few more cute ones
