This is the last line of the Declaration of Independence. It took tremendous courage to form this nation 246 years ago. That alone is worth celebrating. Let freedom ring!
I let the kids pick out their patriotic clothing. Grace loved being Supergirl all day! Harrison thought his NASA shirt was very American and Leo thought Nike was a good representation of America. In other words, we were also celebrating American heroes, innovators and entrepreneurs.
I asked Grace to put her arms around her brothers. Then I had to tell her not so tight.
