Harrison has always had a heart for helping others. Our neighbor's church feeds the homeless every Sunday afternoon. Harrison and I went to help out before the pandemic hit. It's always humbling to see so many in need. 119 people were fed the day we were there. We were assigned to beverages first. Harrison loved giving people drinks and going around to each table with a pitcher to see if anyone wanted a refill.
Harrison's next job was helping people fill up bags with food they could take home.
Lastly, he helped with putting everything away.
On our way home I asked Harrison what his favorite part was. He said all of it. He was the youngest helper there and worked as hard as the adults. I had so many people tell me what a nice young man he was. I agree!
