swim lessons

Harrison loves the water!  He has no fear and a lot of confidence, especially for someone who didn't know how to swim.  I knew it was time for swim lessons and found a class at our neighborhood pool.  He had 8 lessons (twice a week for four weeks).  He was only apprehensive at the first lesson and after that, he looked forward to each class.  He had a wonderful instructor who was the perfect teacher for him.  There were only four kids in the class so he received a good bit of personal attention.
The other big bonus to swim lessons at this pool was that Leo was able to play in the little pool while Harrison had his lesson.  He played with another student's sister and they had a great time.  I packed a little snack for them each time and they always ate it together.  Leo really wanted to take lessons too, but he is just not ready.  He would watch what they were doing in the class and then try to do it in the little pool, like using the noodles and kick board.

This was supposed to be a picture of Harrison and his friend Rachel but Leo wanted to join the graduates.
